I would prefer to buy Apex Medina over Da Vinci but I my supervising appraiser may have a problem with that. He likes things to look a very specific way. I assume that Da Vinci would look the same if you draw it in WinTotal as I have been doing or on my tablet I just bought.I only assume you can get them to look the same because they are made by the same company. But I'm not sure Apex Medina would look the same i.e. font and page layout etc. That is a very important part for me. Any ideas?

Cody,
Do you mean Apex Nexus over Da Vinci? If you do, I would like to know why you prefer Nexus over DaVinci.

Oops! That's correct Nexus over Da Vinci. I must admit that I haven't used either program much but I have asked around and checked out the videos.I also downloaded the Davinci trial but haven't had much time to mess with it yet. The integration thing is probably my main concern so if either program solves my dilemma I would probably go with it.Are you in the same boat trying to decide?

Cody,
Sorry I didn't post earlier, I missed your response. No, I am not in the same boat. I bought Nexus. It is a little difficult to use, I am still getting use to it. It is hard to see the black toolbars outside. I do not use Alamode so I really didn't have a choice. I am waiting for the intergration with Clickforms for the data collection portion of Nexus to come around, however as slow as Bradford Tech is with updates and features, it may be years down the road.

can a coach house that has been converted into a condo be compared with condos that are not converted coach condos?
