Robert extracted out the Short Cut Keys pages from the Apex Medina v4.1 manual. And we'll be putting it on our web site as soon as Jeff gets back from lunch. I'll update the thread when it is there.

OK, the PDF file is there. Look for the "Apex Medina™ v4.1 Function Keys PDF Documentation" at this page: http://www.apexwin.com/v5/download/medina.php

You may click on the (Download) button to view the PDF or right click it and choose "Save Target as..."

Hope this helps for now. I am working with Robert to revamp this part of the manual as I thought it could be done better for printing. Hence, what you'll see in the next manual update should be better.

If I forget a shortcut then I can just log on the internet. I can then come to this forum in order to find the link to the Apex site. I can then go to the Apex site to find the shortcut file. I'll download that file to my desktop. I'll then open that file and look through the 5 pages in order to find the proper key.

Any help is appreciated. Now for my question. Randall, or any tech guru, is there a way to set my font so that it is always the same? I keep having to go into my apex, edit the font, then it stays the same. But I use 15 font, and the system seems to default to 13.

Sorry to just now be seeing this. To set your defaults for Text or Dimensions, go to:

Tools,
Configuration,
Defaults Tab
Text (or Dimensions) Group Box

Assuming you have Apex v4, a screen shot is below. If an earlier version, I think there is a "Defaults" menu item under the Options menu.

Thanks. Only thing you missed? You gotta exit out after making the changes before they'll take effect. Still, I appreciate it, Apex is still the best drawing program out there.

Side note; Enjoy Portal. I thought it was 'THE CAKE WAS A LIE'.

You surprise me, Ben! Judging solely on the Avatar, I would have never suspected you to be a Portal player... ;-) I am an avid gamer, though I am not very proficient. I was dismayed to see that we cannot use "signatures" anymore... :-( Seems a few bad apples spoiled it for the rest... <sigh>

I'll also look into the phrase. "Frodo is Alive!" LOL

Randall, I have a PS3, an X-box, and a Wii. As soon as they get the 360 to have lower than a one in four chance of croaking, I'll buy one. Until then, I'll save my money.
Send me an email. I also play eve online, as well as turning into a big fan of Army of Two. Any other issues I see that I'd like tweaked with Apex, I'll let you know of.
