Did you ask Bradford why they won't provide it to you free?

Just got off the phone with one of Bradford's tech support/trainers. You can use any of the established sketch programs and import the results. They will have videos showing how to import the sketch with calculations. I also found out that the mobile app will be web based and not dependent on any specific operating system and as long as you start the mobile app when you have an internet connection. It will continue to function if you have no internet access at the site. She also told me that they have started beta testing with a few select individuals and will be expanding it during the next 2-3 weeks

I have not done 3.6. I assume you could use any sketch software and import it into 3.6. Don't quote me but I would assume. Why not?

I assume ANSI compliant is still in picture.
