Sorry for the delay in replying. Have not made it in to the office yet. Waiting on workers to show up at home and I need to show them a potential problem on some new construction... :-( Been outside, taking pictures, and came inside to make an illustration as I really need to leave...
Anyway, since you are on a maintenance and support contract I recommend that you call our Iain Nicholson at 800.858.9958. He is head of our QA team and issues like this get reported to him anyway. Tell him we corresponded and I recommended you call him and be directed to Jonathan in Tech Support for documenting, seeing what is causing the problem, etc. You can give your info to Iain and we'll also see about activating your CAD module...
I will be calling Iain soon to make sure he expects your call.
