APEX7 issues

Windows update not allowing APEX7 to open. Need to remove most recent Microsoft update from 08/30 to resolve.

Some users are needing to uninstall and reinstall ApexSketch v7 after the rollback. To do this on Windows 11 go to Setting>Apps>Installed Apps and find ApexSketch v7. Click the menu button on the right side and select to uninstall. Once uninstalled, confirm ACI is closed on your machine and reinstall ApexSketch v7 from the Apex website Here (Direct link below if you need/want to copy & paste). I also listed info on how to roll back the windows update incase this helps anyone.

What was wrong with apex #6.

No longer supported. When I installed ACI on my new computer, they would not let me have APEX6 so had to go with 7.

My only concern is that my computer keeps notifying me to re-install the update that caused the problem.

I just called APEX and they said that Microsoft is aware of the issue and are working on it. I will follow up with APEX the end of next week to get an update.
