On the URAR/2055 I put the current APN with a question mark a few spaces to the right (101-01-101 ?) Then have a separate paragraph at the top of the first page of my addendum that describes what the existing parcel consists of and what the the most recent tax bill covered. Then I go into a description of the scheduling of assessment and tax roll dates. I never estimate the future taxes, because of the scheduling of the assessment and tax roll dates (which are different) it might be two years or more in Arizona before the proposed split and/or new construction actually gets a tax bill and nobody knows what the tax rates or assessed value will be two years from now!
