Re: Charles D. Clark, Virginia Real Estate Appraisal Board

Dear Governor Warner:

I am writing to recommend Charles D. Clark as a member of the Virginia Real Estate Appraisal Board. I am a resident of North Carolina and have been involved in the real estate appraisal business for over twelve years. I have met Mr. Clark and had the opportunity to get to know him well over the last year. He impresses me with his knowledge of the business, his skill as an appraiser and instructor and his willingness to share his knowledge with other appraisers.

Mr. Clark is well known to appraisers, nationwide, due to his regular participation on Internet appraisal forums and discussion groups. I believe Mr. Clark would be a wonderful addition to the VREAB and would be of great service to you and the Commonwealth of Virginia in keeping the profession free from fraud and incompetence. Virginia would be well served to have a man of his abilities on the VREAB.

Yours very truly,

Robert D. Ipock
