If you have a very, very basic how-to question, 
Would you kindly post it to the Newbie section located further down these Boards? The section is appropriately entitled "Newbie Appraiser Wanna-be". This may cut down on 'you don't know enough to be DOING this work' responses. :idea:
~There are several very capable appraisers who regularly check that forum to provide free assistance and advice to folks just starting out.
~You may also get good responses from other new appraisers who have the same problem, or just solved that problem... and ALL will benefit from the ensuing discussion!
This Urgent forum is intended more for:
-questions from fairly experienced appraisers to experienced appraisers, or
-to answer a basic but 'brain-slip' question, or
-to find a quote/resource that didn't come up AFTER you first tried a search of the entire site!!!
