Appraisal Needed in Williamsburg, Missouri

I have an old client of my father-in-law's who inherited 6 acres of land with a 35 year old trailer on it in Williamsburg Missouri. They need an appraisal to set a sales price since the sister who lives in it wants to buy it.

My client says that survey's have been done as the original land was divided into 6 parcels with their parcel being appx 6 acres.

Thanks for the link Tim. I didn't even think of that as I was trying to get them someone from the forum. I did look up a few and passed the names and phone numbers on to the people.

Joe... The fee would have been what ever you charged them. I was just looking to pass on some work to a forum member.
