I am new to appraisal port. I received a notice for revisions. I have tried and tried but I cannot access what the revision is. Can someone please tell me?

Should just be in the comments/messages that the client leaves?

Usually they are listed under "messages" ( messages should show up on the lower right underneath the order ) )
Click on a message and it should display the revision

If that does not work, email or call the AP tech support tomorrow.

Depending on the client, they will either send you an email, or a "new order" for $0 will pop up on Appraisalport that is purely for the revision. If the latter, go to the "new order" Engagement Letter, scroll down SLOWLY and look CAREFULLY for a line telling you what the client wants changed amongst the pre-printed gobbledygook ...

Yep to all above. Would get a rejected order, nice word for a stip email, and a message on the site. You can always ask something with one of the pull down windows at the top. Like what does you want. You might want to check the box that says i want to be emailed if any notices are put on the page.
