World Savings is a growing Fortune 500 corporation that originates residential home loans in 36 states. We are seeking an Appraisal Processor in our Piscataway, NJ office.
Responsibilities include:
· Daily telephone contact with independent contractors, loan officers, appraisers, and managers
· Maintenance of appraisal tracking system database
· Review in process work to ensure deadlines are met
· Monthly reporting
· Identifying and troubleshooting problems
· Other Administrative functions as assigned
Qualifications:
· A positive individual with ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Attention to detail
· Good communication skills both in person and on the telephone
· Understanding of the home loan process
· Job related experience in a real estate or mortgage processing environment is preferred
· Proficiency with Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office
