I am looking for a couple new appraiser clients who would like to have their reports written. I currently write for an appraiser now who does on average 25-30 houses/week. Since I write his reports, it frees up time for him to do more houses and make more money.
He goes to the field, does the check sheet provided and sketch/measurements of the house. He then sends it over with the order form, checklist, and comps. I send it back with everything filled in, sketched out, nice and pretty and then he does his all his appraiser magic and sends it off.
It's a 48 hour turnaround time from when file received. I do offer different price brackets for same day turnaround and 24 hour turnaround. Please, feel free to contact me if interested. We can zoom, phone, if local meet up. I am more than happy to provide examples of work (with client info redacted) and resume. By utilizing my services, it allows him to do multiple more homes a day. I'm pretty flexible and we can work together on a process that works best for both.. Everything can be done remote on my end.
