Hello - recently went from Windows to Mac and I am just wondering if there is any stand-alone appraisal software out there for Mac that doesn't require a Windows emulator? And if so, which software for Mac is regarded best by fellow appraisers? I have tried some online research but it doesn't seem to be taking me anywhere. So I thought I would inquire with my peers. Thank you all for any responses you may have.

The only solution I am aware of is cloud based software

Back in the day, that would be about 15 years ago or so, Bradford had software called Macappraiser.

I wouldn’t know if it’s still around.

Windows Parallels is probably your best bet, but of course you have to buy a copy of windows. I believe the subscription to Parallels is $80/year.

Virtualization software.

I believe Parallels is the best option for mac but it has a cost. No experience with mac in general, but have been running my appraisal software in a Windows virtual machine for a few years with ZERO issues.

Free option for mac is virtualbox-
