But I'll bet that when the public realizes the government is dictating the value of their property, there is going to be an issue, from the public.

VA is the one that retained their RR panel, FHA went to lender select.


It's like totally independent. I can vision a national board similar to VA that operates similar for conventional, FHA, etc. It might be better.
 
No way to argue with loss ratio on VA loans. I realize mitigating factors. But still no way to argue. 100% loans. Not always 100% but many times.
 
You can't really compare VA to FHA regarding loss ratios (still don't know what that is), default ratios, delinquencies, etc. They were created for entirely different purposes. Of course FHA is going to lead the pack regarding credit issues - that's the FHA's wheelhouse.
