Is it just me or is anyone else getting sick and tried of AppraisalLoft sending you an order, oh wait, it's just a joke. Because another appraiser in your area already accepted the order. We do have a voice you know! I say anytime this happens to you, call them, email them, put them on hold, waste their time any way you can.

Drop them. Dont do business with them. From your description, they dont value appraisers.
I used to have a good relationship with PCV Murcor. Back in 06, they were not my biggest client, but they were consistant and paid my company around 25k.
In 07, they lost their minds and were not the same company i had done business with in 06. I cut them loose. Why bother fighting with a lousy company, is your time not worth more than that?
Cut them loose, move on.

I've completed several assignments for AppLoft, and agree that they do not appreciate my time, work, or my need to get paid...

The latest from them regarding a payment that was reportedly sent several weeks ago (after a multitude of emails and calls...), and I quote: "Can you please re-confirm the spelling of your mailing address as I have it spelt 2 different ways in our system and I want to make sure which is correct. Thanks I'm researching when the check was mailed and to which of these addresses."

This is months after another payment made it safely to our office, albeit 60 days late...

Companies like this one need to disapear, and probably will...

The http://www.Appraiserloft.com log-in web page is not secure. Anyone monitoring the site can steal your ID and password, then downlod your license, E&O documents, etc and steal your identity.
