Unfortunately, one of my best clients has switched appraisal ordering to AppraisalPort.

When I log into the AP Dashboard, and click the tab for 'Actions', one option is to "setup-aiready-report".

Do any of you know what that does? Meaning, does it take a 'raw' form report and convert it to AIReady, before sending it through the system?

I have been planning to make a new set of report templates (masters) using the AIReady formatted forms. Do I need to do that?

I swore I'd never do another AppraisalPort .env report, but it's hard to turn down the high fee this client pays. Grin and bear it, I guess.

What software are you using? Alamode total? ACI? Other?

Grin and bare it. :leeann2:

alamode TOTAL

Not sure that applies to the 'set-up' process via AP.

No....AP .env is a bear-cat of a process.

Count yourself lucky....call AP and ask for their tech support to help you they are usually pretty good
