Has anyone taken the prep exam with appraiserexamscholar.com? It is only $50 for the prep course and they guarantee your money back if you don't pass the first time. It sounds like a pretty good deal... wondering if anyone here has any experience with it and what their review was

I looked at that site too, but reading through their page they quote 3 different prices for the same material. They also state they love getting emails, but when I emailed them asking about the price, I didn’t receive a reply. Feels a little shady.
