You may have forgotten retrospective assignments or casualty loss-related appraisals where old appraisal information might be invaluable, Glenn. You’re always quick to diminish appraisers and their work, aren’t you?

Nope I can't think of anything except three files since the mid eighties that have anything that's not public record now.

CMDC gave us credit for copies of our appraisals up until the early nineties then one day closed and reopened as FNC or some other new name and kept everything and told us to F off.

Then the Appraiser members sued CMDC and lost and that was the early beginnings of stealing data including sketches and information that wasn't in public records.

Finally the ship sailed many years ago and it's never coming back and thats when I quit dying on losing Hills that couldn't be taken.
