Dwayne - sorry I didn't call you back - got slammed with work. I'm in Brooksville and I cannot train someone in Chiefland...too far. I'd love to have another good trainee, as my son will be sitting for his certification license in December but I must have them in the office sitting next to me...too much liability. There is an appraiser on the forum named Kathy in FL who is up in your area...you might try contacting her. I don't know if she will take a trainee or not...Good luck!
