hum.........unverified, outdated, county records, or MLS listing data including "3season rooms" basements and "semi-converted" garages, etc. in GLA, erroneous GLA per MLS culled from erroneous county records, with "corrections" provided by agents, borrowers, sellers, with Vested Interests in the outcome. .........

and the Licensed/Certified Appraiser preparing this toilet paper can comply with USPAP by EA .............and sleep at night?
