You know, I am unclear on how BPO’s work for appraisers. If you are a licensed appraiser and a licensed Real Estate agent, and you are completing a BPO, does the appraiser provide an engagement letter stating they are acting as a Real Estate agent in order to skirt USPAP? Or perhaps a comment in the BPO that they are acting as a Real Estate agent?
