Certified General Appraiser is considering hiring a Registered/Trainee appraiser to work as an assistant and provide office support. This is a very rare opportunity for the right candidate to with an experienced appraiser completing both residential and commercial assignments. In addition to learning the art of appraising, you will be providing some office support and as such must have experience in customer service, be very organized and detail oriented. Appraisal duties will include research, report writing, and limited property inspection.
Must already have Colorado Registered certificate. Do not apply is you plan to finish school soon, are considering taking the class, or will be taking the test. If you have finished the class, have passed the exam and have been issued the Registered certificate - then you should consider this poition.
