Are Appraisers placing their Certificate in the Assignment Information section of the 3.6??
We are getting "kick-backs" from QC depts on this since we are putting pictures of the Subject in that area-it seems according to Fannie, this is Optional for the Cert. The Supplemental Information section seems to be the most Logical for the Cert and E & O!
Curious to see if other Appraisers are putting it there?
