If you don't know how to report value, ask the client what they need. .

Or, you could always get off your chair and figure out if you need to be guided by Standard 1 and Standard 2 or Standard 7 and Standard 8.

A boat slip is not necessarily a dockominium.

I'm not doing the appraisal so I really don't care what applies. If I were, I would either 1) know 2) find out or 3) decline.

BTW, I'm not standing on a chair. I am just naturally this tall and good looking. When I do pontificate, my white, high horse is the mount of choice.

I would say that while premising an argument on "I don't care [what the standards are]", that the usefullness of a large horse is not really its stature, but the effluvium that emanates from its back end. :)

I would hasten to add that I don't mean to associate those comments with the original pontificator, the Pontiff himself. :)

My God.......it's a dockominium that is being appraised. Not the Empire State Building.

I agree.........I'm not doing the appraisal either. Which is why I did not declare that the original poster was appraising "a dockominium".

Do we sometimes try and make things hard just to impress ourselves with our superior knowledge? I sometimes think that is the case.

I agree..............particularly when someone is not aware that quite often boat slips are bought and sold as personal property.

Careful, Janet has had a run of bad luck, she's in a bad mood and she seems to be raising her voice.

It is font vs font and the lady's white mount has a flat. Just one of those days.

Now WHO is the USPOPE?

Better yet, who's your USPAPPY?
