4th exposure statement is out. Looks like it's the same as the previous one. Should be noted that it states any changes will go into affect immediately!

ASB siad, "As stated previously, the AQB recognizes that many Licensed Residential appraisers have a demonstrated track record of providing quality residential appraisal services for a number of years with out any disciplinary sanctions."

Sort of a strange statement to make in reference to change in standards. Is this really an issue? Its just my observation about the "market for appraisers" but if you lower standards and experience for Cert Res, I'm thinking the market will just as likely go to Cert Gen, even for residential work. Its like why pay for the cow, when you can get better looking milk for the same price.
