AQB Update On Proposed Changes To Appraiser Qualifications

The only thing "odd" is the belief that any of it will matter when the AQB follows through with their "education in place of experience" path.

If they remove the 4 year degree requirement for CG and replace it with AI type CG classes... well just call me Mr Jefferson because I'ma moving on up.

Abq is comprised of a cuckold of retards.
I am curious -
How many AQB members have you actually met?
How many AQB meetings have you attended?
How many comment letters have you submitted to the AQB?

Unless I missed it that's not on the table.

That may be the comment of the year.

Send it to the AQB.

College degree, college degree not, college degree, college degree not.

Nice attempt at a slam but it's total gibberish. You have any idea what a "cuckold" is?

With posts like this you make the profession proud! NOT! (and not surprising who "liked" it)

I suspect that we already know the answer to those questions.

It is oh so easy to sit back and do nothing but carp about everyone and everything without ever having done a damned thing to contribute to the profession or to participate in the decision making process regarding the standards of our profession, including what qualifications should be required to become an appraiser.

Just the fact that the AQB hasn't come to a conclusion yet should tell you something about their intention to solicit more feedback instead of simply ramming through a predetermined conclusion.

Had they actually have been bought off I'm sure they would have stayed bought off and this debate would have been over 2 years ago.

I think it's also safe to say that whatever effect the Lena Dunham-style rage spirals may have previously had, that the AQB is prolly desensitized to your anger by now. All that leaves are the facts and reasoning in support of your opinions.

Your rage is not an argument.
