You once again show complete lack of understanding of what an ethical principle even consists of so I have nothing more to say, excpet that it points to a certain degree of reasoning has to be present for someone to understand an ethical dilemma.

If an appraiser works for a big bank and the appraiser does ethical appraisals, the appraiser is responsible for their work product, not for what else goes on in the bank.

Keep working for the Big Banksters.

Yeah i bet they keep all the deal killers.

Go back to your chicken thread.

Under JG theory of inflated appraisals, appraisers approve the loans too.

?? No, 100% not true, and the statement is so clueless it goes to the need to have a degree program in place. While a degree program might bar some talented non degree people from entering, if they really want it, they'll get the degree and come back to appraising. It would also bar the most clueless from entering and the large amount of rule bending in appraisal is sheer stupidity, not a mastermind plan to defraud.

Beer guzzling 101 doesn't teach ethics.

Beer guzzling 101 doesn't teach ethics.

You think college is all beer guzzling 101? A lot of college courses touch on ethical dilemmas and principles. Not that a person needs to go to college to understand ethics; but you lack the reasoning capacity to even comprehended what it is.

Your response is typical of those who bend the rules, blame it on somebody else, blame it on the big bad client or bog bad boss , they made me do it. I was only following orders. That it what it devolves to. God help us.

If you are 18 years and it takes college to teach you ethics, that means you have none.

You are the one displaying complete lack of understanding of ethics, and you did not go to college, correct?

Morality/right/wrong is taught by parents, though some people despite best parental guidance are born sociopaths.

Morality and ethics are not always one and the same, though being a moral person has a better chance of choosing the right path in an ethical dilemma. Ethics is a series of principles and can be taught and is the basis of philosophy, as well as stories in the bible and great literature. It can be taught in a class room, or learned from other avenues. But it does take some reasoning and experience to recognize it, since an ethical dilemma can be a ray area of rewards vs punishments or self interest vs interest of a greater good.

If someone lacks the capacity to even understand what an ethical dilemma is it is hopeless.

Higher education is all about dealing with dissenting opinions. Anyone who is deplorable earns that label through their actions. Deplorable is not a class of people, it is a description of how certain people, of any class, behave.
