Hello everybody! I am about to take the AR exam today after failing once with score 94 out of 100... This time I put every effort to pass today's test, however as I take exams from learningappraisal.com I get not-so-good scores and it really makes me worried in getting similar score in the real exam... For those who used the website, does the scores really matter in the outcome of your real exam?
Anywayz, wish me luck today!!

Good louck with the test!!!!!
Let us know how you did

Yay!! :clapping::clapping: I passed the AR test!!
It was the longest 5 hours of test I ever imagined... it took 2 hours each half of the exam to answer every question and the remaining time to review all of them... :Eyecrazy: But based on my previous failed experience, it pays to review a 2nd time, I think that what made me pass this time...
I actually surprised that I only had 4 questions regarding function of the dollar by using the HP12C... but overall there were lots of math problems with depreciation and income related...
After finishing the test a lady and a guy both failed the License test and for a moment I was very anxious that I was gonna fail again... not until I say the printout with no much details in it... haha PASS!!
Anyways today I am vey pleased and through with all books and exam crams...
It is time to celebrate!!! :new_all_coholic:
Have a good one!

Congrats. I hear all of the test are much more difficult than in years past. I am glad I did not have to take that new one and use study time instead of money making time.

:new_snipersmilie:God forbid you would loose a little bit of money to ensure you actually know exactly what you are doing I mean come on.

This is the attitude that has gotten us into the mess we are in today.m2:

And they wonder why I drink.:new_all_coholic:

Did you use LearnAppraising.com

or learningappraisal.com?

learningappraisal.com is actually linked to hondros college (one of their many cloned sites) and not the actual site for LearnAppraising.com (the real site which people on this forum commonly refer to). I have heard that this confuses many people who try to find the actual site from word of mouth. It has always seemed like bad business for Hondros to try to trick people into believing that this is them, but that is the business world after all.

sorry my bad, you are right, I used learnappraising.com
However, I heard CompuCram from Hondros is a good material source for the exam, it gives some nice explanations to questions similar to the test.

Relax. I was just joking. I don't think the testing difficulty for appraisers got the mortgage industry into this problem we are currently in.
