Are any AMCs or lenders asking for 3.6 classes or certs?

Mckissock ‘appraisers guide to the new URAR’ i took a year ago is dated but ok I guess. That’s a 7 hr which I guess would be fine though it’s old and general.
Since they have added several additional courses and webinars, They have a 19 hr ‘URAR mastery package’, and several others specific to sections of the new form (inspection, scope of work, sales comparison etc…) which are 3-5 hr classes.

I took that class last year. Seemed simple or is it? or I didn't learn anything. What is the reason for the change except for more details and pages and making life more difficult for appraisers.
ANSI was bad enough. Appraisers should have complained like me about ANSI. Instead Fannie sees many appraisers willing to accept excruciating pain.
