Ark Realtors Move to Gut BPO Prohibition

The requirements are already in place with NAR, why isn't it currently policed? And why would a rider make it any different?
The USPAP thingy was dropped from the Realtor C.O.E. a few years back.

But hey, give them credit. The Realtor orgs are always trying to push some mumbo-jumbo legislation through for their members. On the other hand appraisers are busy trying to "raise" the standards for licensing to attract all of those Ivy League graduates who are lining up to enter the profession.

Or to prevent the field from attracting the masses of people who have contributed to the current demise of the residential mortgage appraisal sector.
