ARMLS program glitch

Did anyone else notice the ARMLS meltdown this week for the Statistical CMA calculation? It no longer displays the "Approx Sq Ft" column or includes it in the calculations so the statistical data is useless. I notified them Saturday but they still have not fixed it although they have admitted it is screwed up.

I run a lot of CMA data to finalize some reports and this is a major problem. if anyone else is bothered by this please give them a call and rattle their cage so they get it fixed SOON. Their phone number is 480-921-7777.

Have you thought of an alternative? I don't rely on my MLS CMA tools, I import the data into a spreadsheet.
OK, a store bought spreadsheet that's much better than I could create. I use the stats and some graphs it makes in my reports.
