Yeah and local knowledge and experience is hard to mimic. There is really no good replacement for it.
 
People now are saying AI can do what human brain does. Not possible. The human brain is most sophisticated computer ever made. AI can't even come close to the electric signals that occur in human brain. The human brain is not reproducible. That is why many scientists agree there had to be creator. The universe displays the majesty of the creator. Scientist can't even figure out how the human brain does what it does.
 
Forget all that. Real property is a very unique commodity. The creator made it that way. So yes, art and science.
 
Some don't appreciate work of art.
Don't lie to me boy. I am sure your wife fell in love with you for some art. Not sure about science part. LOL

Agreed, but it is or will be: math as required by those who have the manipulative power to control the outcome to their advantage. :rof:

yeah. It will burn some in next big drop in real property values because many of them don't have the art and science in subject market.
 
I hear tell Bissett calls it, Washington DC math......... :rof:
