Yeah so I initially told them to submit 2 appraisal requests. They doubled my fee and asked me to put both values in 1 report lol. I would have discounted the second one but who am I to argue with them?

You didn't need a separate assignment. They could have requested both... or more... values as part of one assignment request. Of course, the fee should always be the most they are willing to pay.
