The source was the Interagency Workgroup, the body responsible for the IAEG. The ASB posed the questions to them, and months later got those responses. They were formerly published as part of the TAF FAQ book. With the retirement of SMT 10 they were removed, as they no longer directly dealt with any USPAP material.
