I don't know about "they"....
But for me....
$150/quarter....
$450/year (which was a lot in 1971+)....
Not counting books, supplies and drugs....

Again I don't know about" they"....
But you're right....
I wasted educational opportunity and tuition money....
That's the reason I ended up a real estate appraiser....
And not even able to retain my CA CG license when I moved to NE....
