I went to a USPAP update class today and the instructor mentioned that the Arizona Assessor website had very good property inspection checklists including all sorts of commercial properties.

Anyone hear of these, or know where to find them?

We actually have four states out here in Arizona. The state of Maricopa County, the state of Pima County, the rest of the state that gets forgotten, and Mohave County a world of it's own. Federal government can't even figure out Mohave County as the censu bureau includes their population data in the Las Vegas NV MSA.

Did you ask them which county assesors site it was?

I haven't heard of or seen them:shrug:

I am thinking that maybe the instructor was talking about a PRC. If that isn't the case there are forms for collecting data on residential and commercial properties that are statewide (even though not all the county assessors use them). They are somewhat specific to be able to enter data into an assessors data base and baised on a cost system, but maybe could help with gathering data. I don't know how to get a hold of them at the moment, but I will do some digging. I don't think they are avaliable on the web sites.
