Auto Acceptor for orders

The problem is your fees.

You are receiving the emails late because your fees are too high. They send the 'broadcast' orders in the order of the lowest fee and up. By the time you get the email it has been sent to multiple appraisers already.

Drop em' down to $175. Trust me, you want to work you need to drop your fees.

$125 here buddy. To many Prius appraisers are willing to drive 220 miles round trip.

I have done great deal of work for TSI. Good client, good fees, pay on time. Most of their work is for Quicken Loans. The orders I get are sometimes assigned and some broadcast. Cannot auto accept if broadcast. That is why I have a smart phone to get them ASAP.

TSI staff appraisers accept most of the orders first, then panel appraisers get a shot after 30 minutes.

I do not want auto accept because I want to know what I am appraising. In a rural or recreational area there are may odd balls. I look up data on most orders before accepting them. An order yesterday was for a 1004, I looked it up and it was on 17 acres which would not be at the fee they were listing.

I know many other AMC's that pay significantly less per file then TSI. In my experiance, they're one of the higher paying AMC's, and they always pay on time. Don't want their fees? No problem. More for the rest of us.

Yeah, anyone who says their fees are low is:
a.) uninformed,
b.) talking out of their rear end,
c.) works in an area where they are the only appraiser within a 100-miles and they can charge whatever they want.

Because they pay very well
Does that mean a high fee or that they haven't gone bankrupt yet? Or is it relative...Relative to whom?

I have one or two clients that broadcasts appraisals (their fees are not low and they pay within two weeks). I could never seem to get an assignment, even when I was sitting at my computer and it popped in my email as I was reading my messages. I used to think the same thing that somebody must have an auto-accept program until one day I was able to accept a couple. But after clicking accept, it took me to one of those "captcha" screens where I had to input a hard to see code to prove I was human. I could be wrong but I don't think there are programs out there that can replicate a captcha code. I have my smart phone connected to my email, but it usually lags a few minutes after I actually receive the email so by the time I'm checking in, it's too late. There are programs that can check your email for specific keywords or from specific contacts, but again, it will probably be too late by the time you get your notification. Ask your client if they have a "preferred" appraiser list you can join or an auto-accept option within their system.

Seems foolhardy to auto-accept. Can easily lead to problem property appraisals with inadequate fees.

Agree. Have to research everything before accepting even from my quality local clients. Can't imagine auto accepting something from some random AMC on the other side of the country.
