I don't know if this will help or not but we had one that sold in Beebe, AR. The Parcel card number is 004-03974-712
The problem with this is that it was sold to an Oil and Gas company for $3.5 mil.
I'm not sure if this is a true market sale, or the oil and gas company (Cal-frac) needing the land, and paying what the owner wanted for it.
