Sorry Ben
I do have adobe, that is not the problem. If I want to look up 393 oak street in Ridgefield NJ, how do I indicate that I want to search by property location? how do I enter it?
393 @oak. What information will I get in the output?
I am trying to figure out how this site can help me?
I use NJ taxrecords. It does have assessment and tax data. it also has sales history.
The MLS data has flood map, tax map etc.
Does this site provide information such as property description card? do you know of a site that has it? Looking at it, floor area is very valuable, what do I do to get it?
Is it available for Hudson and Morris counties?
Thanks, Moe
Sorry, no data is available for Hudson or Morris on the Vital site. They cover almost all of the counties in NJ. Unfortunately, you struck out on both counts.
You'll have to use the MOD IV site that Frank posted to see what data is available for Hudson and Morris. Sometimes they have the s/f of the property in the MOD IV site.
Hello again Ben:
I am still puzzled. Isnt the MOD site part of the vital gov site? if Hudson and Morris counties arent covered for SRA they wont be there for Mod.
I have been trying to get the floor area for 393 oak street in Ridgefield NJ which is in Bergen county.
I use the tabs in acrobat. Obviously, I have to emter address. How do I tell the program to get me square footage. It does not allow me to click in the little circles next to the choices such as square feet. Also, it gives me an error indicating that I should choose the county.
I am unable to enter any information, thus I am unable to get any output.
Any tips?
Thanks, Moe
I've been trying to get into Vital today but it keeps crashing Internet Explorer. I've emailed them about it.
If you can't type into the fields on the form, you don't have Acrobat 5.0 or higher. You must have version 5.0 or higher or you can not select anything on the form.
I'm going to try to get back in now and I'll run your address, if I can.
No good. It still keeps crashing Internet Explorer.
The site that Frank Z posted is a different MOD IV site and Hudson and Morris counties are there. The Vital MOD IV site does not have Hudson and Morris counties listed.
Anybody else try the Vital site today and have IE crash?
Hi Ben:
I have Acrobat 6 professional. I can type in the boxes. I can not mark the circles.
Is the site Frank mentioned the act site, I did not see another.
Thanks, Moe
Hello Ben (anybody else who can help)
I knew about all the sites except vitalgov which I want to use and I dont know how. I need your help!
I have acrobat 6.0 professional and it does appear in a pdf form. I can not mark the little circles next to the boxes for data entry. Anybody knows how?
All I need from this data set is the square footage. Will I get it if I enter block and lot? or what else do I have to enter?
Did anybody get square footage using this program or is it just a site under construction?
