It's called MLS Public Records. I use H3MLS and I think it's available in Rhode Island, right? If it is, than you've probably noticed that the Warren Group provides the Public Records. When my company canceled our B&Ts, which my mentor had gotten for 10 years, they gave us a free trial of online for 30 days. The only difference between their "full records" and their "public records" on H3MLS is some extra data from assessors, that's it. If you can get H3MLS, I consider the "public records", which are from the Warren Group, to be just as viable as the actual B&T product. So after the 30 days, we decided against it. Haven't turned back. I obviously quote the sources as the Warren Group, but I haven't heard one gripe about it in a year.
