I am appraising an older house for an FHA loan and the receptacles do not have a ground which is typical in older houses. My understanding is that all I need to do is make note of this in the report but this does not need to be a required repair. I looked through the 4150.2 manual but could not find this issue addressed specifically. Am I correct in my assessment of this condition?
