Hi everyone!

I'm currently an appraisal coordinator for a mortgage lender, and I want to learn more so that I can eventually work up to senior levels. I want to know of any resources available to help me - books, PDFs, independent courses, etc. I am and always have been an absolute sponge for information - if I could have made a professional career out of being a student, I would have - so please dump everything you've got on me!!

Seriously... I read the Encompass User Manual for fun... :X3::ROFLMAO:

Thanks in advance!

Just lurking around in here - you'll learn a ton. That said, taking the 15 hour USPAP class is a great start as well - it will familiarize you with what our services have to conform to. That will also afford you a copy of USPAP, which has some great real world application stuff in the AO's and FAQ's.

I agree. Everyone involved in real estate... from broker to banker should take USPAP classes.
