Best Exam Prep class for the certified residential test

I am taking the certified residential exam in a couple weeks and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on the best exam prep course to help me prepare?? Thanks!!

I used learnappraising.com and read a few books (Real Estate Appraisal Exam: The Complete Prep Book was the main one - read it once and studied the highlighted notes I made a couple of more times). I took the learnappraising tests over and over until I was proficient. I worried a little that it would not be sufficient but I passed the cert residential test on the first try. Good Luck

I took a couple prep classes and studied day and night...good luck.

I went to the in-person classes that RETrainers offers in Anaheim and it was excellent. The test is easier than you are probably thinking, but that course really helped me with a lot of things I was unsure about. Well worth it. I think I bought Compucram or the other one, but honestly, after that class, I barely touched it and was fine.

Heather, did you pass your test? I have a brand new compucram cd, that I didn't have time to open before my test date. I passed so I don't need it, and have it in the For Sale items in this forum.
