HUD website was a bit cluttered, wondered if anyone had the best FHA number to call if you have FHA questions.

You would call the Santa Ana HOC. I've even called them when I couldn't get through to the Atlanta HOC.

Personally, I would send an email detailing your question to answers@HUD.gov
