Best licensing exam study materials?

I am coming up on my California appraisal licensing exam, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on crash courses or study materials to help me prepare?

It's been a long time since I took the state test but Henry Harrison (The Forms&Worms guy) had a very good book with sample state test questions.

You could try that for a start.

try "question and answers to pass real estate appraiser exam" dennis tosh and ??. can probably get it from amazon. can get it from real estate education company, chicago, illinois. also comes on cd rom and floppy.
