I bought one off ebay which is fine, but I also need another one with Call ID, Answering, possibly cordless.

Any suggestions?

Be careful - if you've got a wireless network set up it could interfer since those also run on the same basic frequency. One phone has a buzz that wasn't there before and the other one (newer) doesn't mind it. It's the newer 2.4 gig but they now have the 4 gig ones that might be better - great range.

I am using the cordless "expandable" Panasonic 2.4GHz model KX-TG2740. It has caller ID and answer machine. You can add cordless 2-line handsets with a charger base and use them as an extension. I have the main unit on my desk in my home office, with handsets in the family room, one with an alarm clock in the main bedroom, and even have one in the ceramic throned "library". You can add up to 7 additional handsets, 8 total including the base unit.

Somewhat like this one? 3 days late on that one, but glad to hear it is recommended! Mine is supposed to be here on Thurs or Fri.

Let us know what you think Brad

We've been using AT&T 955 phones in the office. These are up to 4-line and can be had for $60-80 on ebay ($130 at office outlets). The nice thing about these phones is you can transfer calls from one to another, with a ring tone to the transferee's phone, without any special wiring.
