Harrison's 3rd edition of Houses is an excellent reference source. Might be able to find one on ebay.

I would call it a....split level. Don't use local names such as "Pocono" or "Conashaugh" as those don't have much meaning to an underwriter in Dallas or Los Angeles.

Is there a listing or an old listing? What did the real estate agent call it? What does the home owner call it? What does the Assessor call it?
