Billboard income

I did five billboard for valuation: three had negative value after we ran income data. Got some great cost data and found that a 72k billboard in some market has minus value. With rents at 25%, VL at 50% and lease, electric and other cost (maint) value was min. Using cost and income------big surprise!

I can possibly give you rental information on one billboard located on a small strip center in Casselberry, Florida, owned by my mother-in-law, but she never listens to me so I'm sure the long term lease she signed is nothing short of embarassing.
