I like to help you but my wife will not let me do it. She has no idea about the Austin's appraisal bias situation.
Tomorrow, I'll be having brunch at Sausalito.
I could swing by and check out the Marin City controversial property but how can I convince my wife to take a detour?
"Honey, I like to look at these homes in Marin City but along the way, we will pass by these affordable public housing buildings."
Please do it! Just tell her you are wanting to get into commercial work to bring it more money so you wanted to see those apartments, lol. Make sure you get photos of the view!

Trust me. All I need is your signature. We can buy that house. I'll buy lunch.

Get ready for the real pretty CNN people on the buy. I need you looking real good. We may need one more partner. I'll have to approve the other partner.

Pictures from CNN are required on the buyers.

Asian lady oozes with the soft bigotry of low expectations

None of us know for sure, but I think if she had folded immediately, the terms would not have been as favorable. The last portion of your comment assumes the plaintiffs are reasonable people. Nothing has ever indicated that.

Crazy, according to records there were no permits to do the additions nor (of course) final inspections. Miller, as far as I can see may have overvalued the home. Online records say the foundation permit was not approved, and another inspection was a no show by the owner - and the owner was acting as an owner builder. Then of course we have all the "very low income" and "extremely low income" affordable housing around there - which is about 1/3 of the propulation of Marin City. And then the large zoning tracts (e.e. 8.8 acres) around the subject property zoned as Multi-Residential. Also look at the subsequent sales. --- Look at all the past withdrawn and expired listings of similar-sized houses in the area.

This whole issue is totally absurd as far as I can see. ... But yes, I haven't inspected the property - and I have no inclination to do more research by calling up building officials to get better data, - as it is really none of my business.

Came back from brunch in Sausalito. The restaurant's 180 degree view of SF skyline and bay was amazing. These views are more than million dollars.
See my aviator.
Afterwards got ice cream and took a stroll along the downtown with its amazing views.
The place is so White. Didn't see one Black person.
Wife wanted to go home and didn't know how I could explain to her to go to Marin City. Oh well.

There are some very interesting and complex homes to value on the hillsides above the Sausalito Boardwalk.

So when they have to pay the taxes on the new value, will they protest their property taxes as biased?
