Is there some kind of form to fill out to try to get reinstated when a lender puts you on a blacklist for no apparent reason?

So was this a Direct Lender or did this lender go through and AMC?

How do you know your black listed?

A lender who uses an AMC who always treated me well . The AMC actually felt bad for me but the rep told me it was the investor

They can just not like you anymore. You need to talk to the person in charge. Most lenders have a compliance officer.
In this business i learned a long time ago:
Today your best client is your no client tomorrow, and tomorrow, your no client is your best client.

I mentioned it before that one time I forgot to send my license update or was that E&O. The lender dropped me off the panel.
I called and asked if they can put me back on but they said no. I think they have enough appraisers.
Oh well. Then last year I requested to be back on. Forgot why maybe had a contact there.
Anyway I was back on their panel.

This is why it’s important always hit the number in the appraisal profession today. Never do anything to upset the unethical stakeholder. Everything we do is supposed to make them happy.
